You will see Primitive of the Midwest also on that page........check out what's
going to be happening in 2014!!!!!

A huge Thank you to all of you that took advantage of the 25 percent off while I was away.  The discount is over for this time, so stay tuned to future discounts.  Everyone's patterns are in the mail.  Enjoy!

FIRST EVER QUILT SALE..........

The news stated......covet thy neighbors quilts!!!!

Just yesterday a newsletter went out to all the BACK DOOR FRIENDS PATTERN CLUB MEMBERS regarding a QUILT SALE - YES, the very first one I've ever had. They are the first to see this notice because they have followed me from the beginning and just needed to be first.  However, having said that, the quilts that will be for sale and/or sold will be posted on my website in the next few days.  Click on the pantry, Quilts for Sale to see what this is all about.

There could possibly be an ebay auction, which means the reserve would start at the sale price on the website.  So, if you are interested please email me to see what is available.  It's on a first come first serve basis.

Hope all of you are experiencing some GOOD weather these days.  It's certainly iffy at best.

Until next time,

Hugs, Lynda

Pretty Pansy Posey Patch

I love sharing pictures with all of you of quilts made from my pattern line.  Today I received these delightful pictures from Shannon Sterner who said.........

Hi Lynda,

I ordered the pattern for Pretty Pansy Posey Patch from you a while back and finally found someone in my area to quilt it for me. Thought you would enjoy a pic. I wanted a queen size bed quilt so she had to change it up some but I think it turned out great! I hope you agree.

Blessings to you and your family.
Shannon Sterner

Shannon I think your quilt turned out wonderful.  Thank you so much for sharing pictures with all of us.  I love the additions that were made.  It makes a wonderful quilt for your bed.  Hugs, Lynda

My Visit to Mt. Creek Quilt Shop

Me and Terri Ayers of Mt. Creek Quilt Shop
A little R & R does a girl a lot of good!  Especially if you meet a wonderful shop owner like Terri Ayers.  Last October I ran across the Mt. Creek Quilt Shop, but it was on a Sunday and the shop was closed.  Today I got to meet her in person and here's a picture of her and me pointing to the Cold Days pattern she made a sample of, which you can see us pointing to.

I've so enjoyed playing with my little girls this week.   I've had the best time visiting the area and doing some antiquing.
Wait until Paw sees what I found!

Speaking of Paw, he told me over the phone that since I left him at home to take care of things there, he's running a sale.
Guess he thinks since the cat's away the mouse will play.
He said he's giving everyone 20% off each day I'm gone, so take advantage of his offer before I get back home.  I was told not to tell you the date of my return, but everyone needs to think fast about which patterns you would like to have.

Trust me, this is a huge deal to get that kind of special from him.   Time seems to go by so quickly these days.  But, I'm rejuvenated and ready to get back to work creating some fun new stuff for all of you.

Until next time,

L
